Ok so very excited but still nothing set as to where we are staying :) .. i suggested a Tee Pee at a KOA .. Marie found a great place called a Haunted Caboose where you can stay the night .. i think the plan is to drive drive drive and get there quick and enjoy a few days then make our way back slowly - definatley want to hit Roswell and green chile cheeseburgers are a must do !!! ..

Preparing for our Road Trip !!

Ok .. well this is new to us so might be a jumble of words that make no sense LOL.. ok my wife and I are planning a week long road trip - houston to the big hole in the ground called the Grand Canyon.. we are getting more and more excited as Saturday approaches - we are renting a convertable and hitting the road - although our puppies Sammy and Chica want to go so bad -- its a no pet trip .. - but our great sis in law will be taking care of them.. (thanks Lisa)  .. anyway will be adding to this daily and if can figure out how .. uploading photos of our trip -
